Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueVery unprofessional! I had a set appointment for my hair that I made with her LITERALLY the day before and stressed the EXTREME IMPORTANCE that I was paying an extra day in a hotel just for her to do it!! She cancelled on me 2hrs before my appt saying she woke up not knowing what day it was and had other stuff to do!!
