Victoria at the front desk was very nice and professional. She was very accommodating and allowed me to walk in and be seen within less than 15 minutes. The establishment smells amazing and they have great add-on services for your massages or facials. My massage therapist was Willie. She was professional and gave an excellent massage! By far the best I have ever had! She is a beautiful person and as sweet as can be. I will be back!

I have had massages done here at J Sterlings for many years but my experience today was the best massage I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to resort spas here and abroad. Maxwell was my therapist and I booked a 2 hour massage. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and skilled massage therapy that I needed. I have never fallen asleep in a massage before and the thought was actually crazy to me, but Maxwell put me to sleep for about 20 minutes before it was time to flip over. Maxwell read my body like a book and knew exactly what I did for work and other habits of mine just from touching my muscles and he used techniques to relax and and release all the tension. I will be back, specifically to see Maxwell, very soon!

Such an amazing experience! My husband and I came in for a 90 min couples massage and had one of the best massages we ever received by both Shalom and Stephanie! They paid very close attention to our needs and where we needed more of the focus to be. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

I’ve had a lot of massages and this one wasn’t a good one for me. Willie was my therapist and she caused more damages than healed my body, unfortunately. She’s a sweet woman but it wasn’t a good experience for me. First of, the stretching part was bad: knocked my knees on my head, definitely overstretched my shoulders and legs. For the massage part, the spine shouldn’t be touch at all. She was vigorously going up and down my spine.

I was excited to get a massage since I have a lot of tension in my neck, head and shoulders. This was a very painful experience. The scalp massage was a lot of pulling and tugging on my hair. The room was very cold and it was difficult to relax. The actual massage hurt. I know I have a lot of knots but I was squirming in pain. Starting last night and all day today, it hurts to even have a shirt touching my back. I liked the place and I would probably go back, but with a different therapist. She was very nice… just very heavy handed.
