I recently made a salon change and I am so happy I did! From the start with sharing my hair as it is and my hair goals to my initial visit, Olivia was able to to get me there in 2 sessions. She’s an absolute genius and an amazing colorist who truly listens!!! Alexis has the hands of an angel and gave the best haircut I have ever had in my life! I have been stopped multiple times with strangers taking pictures of my hair in the last couple of weeks. 20/10 recommend!

Wonderful morning at the spa. Enjoyed the steam shower and sauna while waiting for my massage. The locker kept my items safe while I enjoyed the amenities. The robes were so comfy & Plenty of towels available. The “waiting room” was peaceful. I did find myself at a loss about what to do with my empty water bottles (maybe a recycle box/sign/place would be helpful.). Massage was fantastic, and shower after had products I needed to renter the real world. What a treat!!

It would be so nice if the two services housed in the building (hair salon and “spa”) could be more physically separated. As a Spa, it would be so nice to be encounter relaxation the moment I enter the lobby. Instead, the lobby sounds exactly like a gymnasium, echoing with noise from the prominent open hair salon and it’s energizing music. I use ZSalon exclusively for the spa services and have done so for many years. It would be so nice to step into a relaxing quiet lobby. Please consider construction changes to separate the two completely different services; spa versus salon. Interesting that your service boxes listed above so at are exclusively hair salon services and don’t even mention your spa services.

I was pretty clear that I didn’t want my hair to be too dark, and yet, it is. I had a trainee and she was pleasant and had to have another person oversee her. She provided some feedback which pretty much included her telling me that my skin looked sallow which the current color I had. I could go on, but I won’t..anyway, my color is too dark..it was hard to tell initially because I was crunched for time, but it’s very clear to me now. Its exactly how I DIDN’T want it

My experience was excellent. My hair was seriously bringing me down, it had turned a yellow/gold color which I was not happy with. My hair was extra difficult to work with, I feel and Emily brought me back to a beautiful vibrant blonde. I cannot recommend and thank her enough! It was a great experience. Hair highlighting

I had been sick for months and was not able to get my hair done. My awesome hairdresser helped me feel relaxed. She went over all her ideas for my hair and invested in my thoughts. I always get my haircuts with Clarissa and sometimes Che. They listen to what I want and try to create the effect I’m after. I am always so satisfied and pleased with my cuts. I always get compliments. I like the look of the salon and everyone is always so friendly. I like going there. Haircut

Sara is amazing with color! My hair is really difficult to get “cool” (ashy) tones to come thru but she’s somehow able to do it! If she’d be open to the idea, I think Z Salon should ask her to teach this technique to other colorists because I know I’m not the only one who’s looking for talented colorists to be able to perform this service!

I just started back at Z Salon. I called to talk to the colorist after my color settled over the weekend. I left a message and never received a call back. For what I spent having it colored I felt like someone could have returned my call. Lindsay did my color the first 2 times. I absolutely loved how she did my color. I was unable to book with Lindsay so I went to another colorist after being told that my hair would be the same color as when Lindsay did it, but brighter and it would become less light. Just a little disappointed. I will only book with Lindsay for my color. She is excellent and really listened to want I wanted.
