Staff were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I do wish they would type up follow-up instructions. The assistant just writes a few words down with minimum instructions. Hand writing can be a bit challenging and then not much detail is added. I would go back, but just thought the follow-up information could be improved on.

I have been highly satisfied and impressed with the care and professionalism shown to me at Vanguard Skin Specialists. I attribute this to the excellent care and attention provided from not only Dr. Prada (for my Moh’s surgery) and Dr. Archibald (for my reconstructive surgery), but also from the nurses and entire staff who work there. With the uncertainty and fear that a skin cancer diagnosis can oftentimes bring, my mind was quickly put at ease with their utmost patience and thoroughness in explaining things to me every step of the way. With their expertise and kindness shown to me, I always felt that i was in the best of hands . . . and I truly was. Highly recommend!

If you do not check-in 10 minutes PRIOR to your appointment time, you will not be seen; however, it is acceptable for the provider to leave you waiting in your treatment room 40 minutes BEYOND your scheduled appt time. Not even an apology. So, in a nutshell you must respect their time, but they do not have to respect yours. No, thank you. A little too arrogant of a practice for me. If I am paying them for a service, my time should be equally important. I’ll move on to someone who values my time and much as they are willing to accept my money.
