Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had appointment today at 1pm, but the guy I booked with was busy with another customer. So I patiently waited for an hour and when he finally got to me he wasn’t able to perform the nails I wanted. So they gave me to sky. He was amazing he did a wonderful job and the wait was worth it. He seemed happy to try my idea it wasn’t easy but I love my nails and he did superb job!! I will be back to see sky another time! I had appointment today at 1pm, but the guy I booked with was busy with another customer. So I patiently waited for an hour and when he finally got to me he wasn’t able to perform the nails I wanted. So they gave me to sky. He was amazing he did a wonderful job and the wait was worth it. He seemed happy to try my idea it wasn’t easy but I love my nails and he did superb job!! Critical: Quality, ValueI went here for the first time yesterday and was super excited as the reviews were mostly stellar but I left extremely disappointed. I got a pedicure first and the First Lady was awesome, no complaints there but when I went to get my nails done I got someone else and it was AWFUL. I even tipped her $8 in advance for my $30 manicure as I always do because usually it helps guarantee they do a good job, but nope not at all. I’ve truly never had a worse experience I felt like I was her first ever client or she just really couldn’t care less. She went insanely fast the entire time, didn’t even cut or push back my cuticles or wash my hands after filling my acrylic and only seemed focused on getting me out of there as quick as possible. She didn’t even give my nails a second glance to check for mistakes when she was done or ask me if I liked them, just picked up my wallet and ushered me to the nail drying bar and told me to repeat it a couple times. They were extremely cracked, uneven, and because she didn’t touch my cuticles I was left with nails that look like I’ve had them for at least a week because of how far off my nail bed they are. I would normally ask for them to be redone but I was in a rush and I’m honestly not sure they would have been any better anyways. I went here for the first time yesterday and was super excited as the reviews were mostly stellar but I left extremely disappointed. I got a pedicure first and the First Lady was awesome, no complaints there but when I went to get my nails done I got someone else and it was AWFUL. They put flowers on her ring fingers and big toes, she loves them. It was the first time my spouse got his done and he enjoyed himself. They made sure my daughter was comfortable and was done around the same time as us. The drinks were really good and Kate was amazing. Lover this place, my spouse, daughter and I all got manicure and pedicures here. They put flowers on her ring fingers and big toes, she loves them.
