Critical: Professionalism, QualitySave your money & time, GO TO REAL PROFESSIONALSI purchased a package for laser hair removal for four treatments, from the beginning the first session was HORRIBLE! The LHR tech did not know what she was doing and burned my under arm skin, I had peeling and bleeding for days! When I tried to reached out to her she would not respond at all, not email, IG or via text. Finally after days and after sending her multiple pictures of what was going on she said she would get an ointment for me to apply and make my under arms better, never happened. Trying to schedule my second appointment was even worse, come to find out the tech no longer work there and they had no history of me purchasing the LHR treatments there until I showed them the receipt and the messages between myself and the last technician. I got booked and came in for my second appt which was much better & I had no issue at all. Now moving forward it’s time for my 3rd session and I’ve tried calling the office, *their phones are always down* no one answers and it is now a eye DR’s office. LIKE WHAT IS GOING ON! I go up there one day & they have split the office and now its the spa & eye Drs office, but they are not scheduling appt for LHR because their machine is “down” I say OK when will I be able to get these 2 last sessions done because its been chaos since day 1. She says she is not sure and to call back at the beginning on the year (2021) it is now March 2021 and I am unable to receive the last 2 sessions that I ALREADY PURCHASED! I will never do business with a place like this much less recommend them to absolutely anyone.
