The experience was fine overall. The reason for the loss of two stars is this: I set my appointment a few days ago. Between when I set my appointment and when I walked in today, I was sent 3-5 texts, 3-5 emails, and I was called back to back on Friday. When I picked up they kept calling to find out if I could go in sooner. I was sick of the over communication before I had even walked into my first appointment. It was genuine overkill. The scan was pretty amazing to watch. They kept true to the length of the appointment time. The only real issue I had was they called, emailed, and texted me way too many times considering it was a three or four day turn around from when I booked and when I walked into the smile shop.

I have had a great experience at this location throughout my smile treatment. I researched a lot with Invisalign and did a scan with a dentist and everything with that. The cost for Invisalign was outrageous, they made me pay for the initial scan which you get for free with smile direct club, and it was going to take double the time to get the smile I wanted. Betty at the Salt Lake location made we feel very comfortable in my first meeting and explained everything to me thoroughly. Later on I had troubles with my smile not turning out how I wanted and they were going to charge me for the adjustments. I was not happy at this time and ended up going back to Betty. She took the time to listen to my situation even though she had a packed day and then called the call center with me to resolve my issues so I got what I was promised. 100% I would recommend coming here. Betty deserves a pay raise!

The technician that took my scan was very kind. However, the person that greeted me came off pretty rude and pushy. She made me feel like I was lucky to be doing business with them, rather than feel like I was valued as a potential customer.

I was greated by the most friendly and welcoming lady (Amanda) then had the funnest most exciting appointment with Betty. She was so helpful and gave us examples and showed us the products, I’ve never seen my son so excited about anything with his teeth before, I’m excited to see his confidence grow. I was blown away by the technology, wow it was cool !! The rooms were so clean ut was a very comfortable and fun appointment, who knew something like that could be so fun, Thank you for the amazing afternoon.

Horrible customer service, and my teeth are now messed up. I have chipped teeth and even one that’s loose and wiggly, I am over a year into treatment and my teeth are so not straight as they “guarantee/promise.” I’ve been trying to get a hold of them about getting touch up aligners, they don’t answer their emails, but if they do it’s randomly at 2:00 a.m. in the morning weeks after you sent the original message. They’re horrible at follow through any of the introductory promos that you sign up for there’s no guarantee will actually get it. Still waiting on them to follow up and do as they were originally promising. Very shady company!!
