Wow! What an AMAZING day I had here! My wife got me this for Father’s Day and it was, by far, one of the best experiences I’ve had with a haircut. When you first walk in, the receptionist greets you and checks you in. She was very sweet and had me sit in the lounge till my stylist, Bree, was ready for me (about 5 minutes). After that time my stylist came and got me and took me back to where her station was. The atmosphere was very cool with a very “man-cave” look and feel to it. She started by washing my hair and gave me an amazing scalp massage. We then moved to the chair where she began cutting my hair. She took her time and was very friendly, stopping to check in with me about how everything was going. After my haircut, she gave me a neck and back massage and I almost fell asleep in the chair! She then took me to a paraffin wax station and I dipped in my hands then she covered them with clear plastic bags. From there we went back to her station and she proceeded to trim and shape my beard followed by a nice recline in the chair. A hot, scented towel was placed over my face to open my pores and I was given a facial massage. On went a clean hot towel to wipe everything off followed by a cold towel to close up my pores and finished off with a moisturizing cream and a spritz of toner. She placed a dry, aromatic towel on my face and removed the paraffin gloves then massaged my arms, forearms, and hands. After that, I sat up and she styled my hair and put some really good-smelling beard oil on my beard. I thanked her and she escorted me to the front desk where I finalized my bill and just when I thought it was over, I walked to the bar where I enjoyed a very nice complimentary Moscow Mule! What can I say, I was totally and completely pampered by some amazing (and cute, if I might add) women and left feeling like a million bucks!! What a day!!!

The whole staff of S&S made my first experience very enjoyable! For a last minute impromptu appointment this turned out to be one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had not just because of the service but their hospitality. Josie did an amazing job with the cut and trim and made my time very relaxing and personable. 10/10 recommend. For the $$ it’s definitely worth it.

I had a free haircut with KC, as part of their S&S education program. She was excellent! Extremely professional, she knew what she was doing 95% of the time, and wasn’t afraid to ask for assistance the few times she needed it. She was personal and friendly. It’s too bad she lives so far away

It was great! I came in with pretty long hair and decided to go with something a lot shorter. Showed the hairstylist what kind of cut I wanted and she matched it the best she could. I have curly hair so the haircut wouldn’t come out the same as the picture but it was very close. It was very relaxing especially the warm towel. Definitely coming back for my next haircut

5/5 after a second visit. Fantastic service, ladies at the front are incredibly friendly and the barkeeper was amazing. My stylist worked with me through my ideas (Wanted a new look) and checked in throughout the haircut to make adjustments as needed. Highly recommend!

I was a little early for my appointment & they suggested for me to get a drink at the bar! My kind of vibe ! I’ve been waiting for a barbershop like this. Very happy with my decision to come here. Great experience when I have this place a chance. Walked in and was greeted with a top shelf drink and some friendly conversation. My barber came up introduced herself and walked me through what her plan was for my hair. The cut was great and the hair wash was incredibly relaxing. After the whole thing I had another drink and left. One of the best haircut experiences I’ve ever had and definitely a great way to relax or reward yourself.

I had my first cut at Scissors & Scotch this week, and it was a great experience. The shop itself is very nice, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The full bar with cocktails is usually more than I expect when going to get a haircut. Alexis was a great stylist, an I came away very happy with my new look. I’m planning on becoming a member and going back every month.

I absolutely love this place. This is my third time getting my haircut with Rachel and I am leaving with a smile and and really good haircut. 10/10 would recommend for anyone in the area looking for a barber. The atmosphere is fun and laid back and the bar has an excellent selection of whiskeys if that is your thing (main reason why I chose it the first time).
