From the moment I arrived into the office my visit was amazing. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The MA was also friendly and kind she informed me of everything that was going to happen during my visit. And was very attentive to my request. Dr. Elizabeth Walters is amazing she educated and informed about my condition and kindly offered to answer any doubts I could have in the future. I would definitely recommend your visit to this office.

When I had read recent reviews I was a little apprehensive, but I have to say it was an enjoyable experience. The front office staff were all very nice and personable and I knew upfront I would have a copay. The Doctor was wonderful. She addressed all my issues and was very personable. I had a very bad rash that I had had for years and in less than a week the ointments she prescribed me took it away. I can’t tell you how embarrassed I was about that rash and how it kept me from wearing my hair up for years. Loved my visit and am so grateful I was referred to them.

On Monday, 15 minutes before my appointment, the office called to say they did NOT take my insurance. I made this appointment months in advance. They had more than enough time to check with BCBS. They chose to wait until the very last minute. No surprise that the office manager is not available. Very unprofessional. Since they wait for the last minute, double check. They won’t.
