Worst experience I ever had with any business! If i could put zero stars I would! My mother and I went to get our hair done for a party we we’re going to attend later that day. My mother made the appointment a week before. When we arrived the 2 women that were working stated services were by appointment only. We told them we did make an appointment. Didn’t seem like they believed us and asked if we we’re sure. Yes we we’re sure!! The women then looked at the appointment book and saw that we indeed made an appointment. They said that no one told them about it so they were not prepared for us?!? As a stylist shouldn’t you look at your appointments when you first arrive to work!? It was right there in the book! We even tried to make it easy for them and chose a simpler style. One stylist refused to do my mother’s hair. Stated she “wasn’t up for it “??? Why r u even working then?!? The other stylist said we would have to wait for her to take care of the other people that were there before us?! We made an appointment! That’s the whole point of the appointment! The stylist asked the other to at least get my mother’s hair started And she still refused to do her hair!!!? What kind of salon is this?? Worst experience ever!
