My first adult trip to a dermatologist. I was very pleased … my appointment was set for 815, but I got there early and was brought in quickly and done by 820. Very nice people, good customer service and I loved that Dr. V actually paid attention to what was said and engaged in some small talk, instead of looking more at a computer screen than at me. She explained what she intended to do, was concerned for my comfort and gave clear instructions.

Very punctual. We didn’t wait for to be seen by doctor. Doctor and her PA were very knowledgeable. They diagnosed treated us there and than. The most surprising moment was her charges. When you go to see specialist you expect to pay in hundreds of dollars. She charged us very low compare to any specialist in DFW area. We were happy with service and we recommend their services to everyone.

Ms. Reed has given excellent care to two of my children. She takes time to understand the issues and then to go over the regimen with my teens. Her treatment plans are moderate with time given to see results. Her office staff has great customer service as well!!!

We love our Dr. Strickland and her assistants. Dr. Strickland is an excellent Dermatologist; The only thing we weren’t real happy with was the fast pace with which Dr. Strickland goes. We love her attention, but maybe she should take a moment to take a deep breath.
