I went in to get a regular pedicure… $30 I asked the technician for a hot stone massage (extra $5) and he told me that I could get the next teir pedicure right above the basic that for $9 dollars more, it included the hot stone massage plus a few extra little things. I said, ok. Well the technician didn’t give me my hot stone massage and at the end I was charged for the upscaled pedicure. I still paid it because I didn’t want to cause a scene and they did do those other extra little things, but not the stones. Now as for the end result of my actual toe nails – I was basically given lop-sided crooked nails. Ugly. Just ugly. On one foot the technician did curved nails and on the other he “squared” them out, but the “squared” portion is crooked.. for all the positive reviews, I’m honestly very disappointed and unfortunately I will not be coming back.

Came in as a walk-in with my daughter to get a mani and pedi. She changed her mind and said she did not want to do anything that day which was fine with me. However, employees were consistently baggering her. I was then talked into getting gel on my nails so it would last longer. They have a lot of good reviews so I decided to spend the extra $ and go for it. Not even a week later the polish is chipping and fading. I did call and was told to come back but honestly it’s not worth the drive I will look elsewhere since getting nails done for me is expensive and I want to get my moneys worth when I decide to give a place my business

The staff got us in immediately. They were so kind and patient while we chose our colors. They even stayed over time to finish your nails. Usually when something like that happens you can expect people to cut corners. These ladies did not! They attended to every detail and made sure everything was perfect and took their time. We were so amazed and they were so kind about it. They made sure everything was perfect.

Dani an more senior guy was very nice, very helpful made small talk even though he didn’t have too. I felt very welcome by him and he did my pedicure OK i can see spots where he missed nail polish i paid 84 dollars for it so i think it should had been a better nail job /:

Honestly good experience, must be clear and firm with what you want because they might try to do something different for upselling. I had asked for basically a skinny squared and I was given coffin for an up charge. Overall great service and fast and efficient. Will be returning, loves looking at everyone’s designs and options.

I got a pedicure done here and the sweet woman took her time and did an amazing job! The atmosphere was very relaxing and there were plenty of employees available for walk-ins so there was no wait time to be seated. I will most definitely be returning.

Its the first time my little sister got her nails done ever. He did my little sister’s nails based off a picture and he did great! He said they were sassy!
