A lot of reviewers, when they have good experiences, like to write “…if I could give it a ten….” . I would actually like to change that to a 30. 30 stars, for the actual office visit. BUT…. that brings the score which I would like to give down to a 20, because, well, the office visits are superb, in all ways, but…. oh, that ridiculous appointment – scheduling experience, to which I give a negative ten. I do NOT suffer from xenoglossophobia, but, it really is hard to make out what the person who does scheduling is saying. And we can’t call the front desk. We need to be able to call the front desk. I predict that the office staff would reply to this by saying “we’d be on the phone all day if that were the case..”, but, well, maybe they need to hire someone for just that. If we have any questions after a visit, we need to call, speak to the intermediary, and then get a call back. Not good. But, otherwise, Dr. Camp and staff are fabulous. I am lucky to have found this place, and I will just continue to get annoyed at the system but be delighted about the care we get. 20 stars.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ma that day. I came to the office on time and didn’t need to wait to see Dr. Ma after an initial screening by her assistance. She patiently explained what my problems were and answered all my questions. She really did a good cryotherapy on my skin. All the staff at the office also served very professional.
