I went to see Denise due to a severe back strain I suffered 3 days earlier. Prior to seeing her, I was basically unable to stand up straight and function in general. Getting out of bed in the morning was a 30 minute process, and standing up from being seated anywhere was equally difficult and painful. Denise provided a 90 minute massage incorporating resistance exercises for me working all of my muscle sets. While at the end of the massage I was sore and standing up was still somewhat of a challenge, it was easier than before. When I really noticed the difference is the following day. Not only was I able to get out of bed virtually pain free aside from some stiffness and slight soreness, as soon as I began my days activities, I noticed the my back strain was virtually gone. I proceeded to complete a long workday with many physical tasks and amassed over 22k steps throughout the day. Today is the second day after my appointment with Denise, and it feels even better. Her work is nothing short of amazing.
