Traveled to Atlanta for business. Certainly needed to be cleaned up before meetings. But after the travels, I was looking for the full service hair and beard trim, straight razor shave, to just relax and mentally get ready, throw off travel lag.

I needed an emergency haircut for my son and Eclectic Barbershop did not disappoint. This is a full service men’s barbershop but they happily took my son as a customer, all of the staff were nice and friendly. The process of booking the appointment was easy and the owner was very nice, he also followed up to make sure we were satisfied. The price of the cut was very reasonable. The barber who cut my son’s hair was nice and patient and he made sure he asked specific questions prior to the cut. The bathroom and the service area were clean. The location in Downtown Atlanta is good and accessible to MARTA. I highly recommend this barbershop.

I’ll start off by saying the ambience was nice. That’s about as far as it goes. When we walked in we were greeted by a nice receptionist. But then he had the audacity to ask me to pay before any service was rendered. Where they do that at?? I scheduled an appointment for 4pm. We arrive on time and proceed to wait for 30 minutes without even being serviced. When we got up to leave we were asked if we were coming back. I nicely told the receptionist that we would not be returning. He then stated that the barber that we had an appointment with was almost finished (he lied). I stated that our original appointment was at 4 to which he replied that he could get someone else to cut my nephew’s hair. Of course I wasn’t going to wait anymore in that hot barbershop. All in all. Don’t waste your time scheduling an appointment because you’re just going to waste your time. And secondly you do not have to pay if no services have been rendered

Rudy(barber) was very knowledgeable and attentive to the complexities of my hair pattern and paid extra attention while cutting my hair. The owner and staff was very accommodating and amiable. I originally booked my appointment for the wrong location and they were able to accommodate me and move my barber to the location I was at, rather than having me go to the second location and miss my appointment.

This place was awesome…The manager guided me over the phone to the location. When I got there the place was clean and the staff greeting you. Very nice high end location. The had a mixture of barbers and hairstylist. Will go back. Haircut
