My visit to Dermatology & Skin Surgery was very pleasant. A representative was at the door as I walked in to assist me at checking in. She used a small tablet and it went quickly. When done it didn’t take long for me to be called back for my appointment. The nurse came in soon to ask questions then the doctor followed her a few minutes later. He took care of my request and was very thorough. I was very pleased to have been waited on in a prompt manor. I look forward to my future visits and would recommend friends and family to come here.

The experience was great from making the appointment to checking out. I was greeted at the door by a smiling and helpful employee to help with the registration process.. The nurse and doctor were patient and very friendly. I really, really liked Dr Hainey. She walked me through every step of my treatment so there were no surprises. I’d recommend this group to anyone.

I had a great experience. I was able to get an appointment through a cancelation. I waited about 15 minutes after my appointment time, but once I got into the office I was quickly greeted by a nurse. The doctor came in shortly after. She communicated very effectively and answered all my questions. I was extremely satisfied by the visit.

First, dr Bryan is very knowledgeable. Second, she’s got good patient rapport. Third, all her staff are a pleasure to deal with. I also like that she has her own building, no parking at a complex and walking a mile. I feel I can call with a question and get a quick and accurate answer. The few times I’ve had insurance problems they have been extremely helpful. Overall, I give them 10 stars!!

I had a wonderful experience beginning with the lady that met me at the door to the lady that set up my follow up appointment. Dr. Donald Posner is very attentive, encouraging, caring, and professional. The nurses were friendly and helpful. My overall experience would rate above the 5 star.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles & was greeted. I was able to walk straight up to the desk to check in. While I was found paperwork on the pad someone came to see if I needed any assistance. Dr. Heard & his nurse were both extremely nice. Definitely will go back with any dermatology needed.

My husband and I had our first appointment with Dr. Jason Romero this week. We very easily fill out the first time patient paperwork. Everyone at the front desk and check out were pleasant, efficient, and professional. Dr. Romero was just wonderful and his exam was thorough. Very good experience for us both.
