PA Marshal was very gracious and attentive. However, I’m rating my experience as a 3 star b/c her medical assistant team has not call me back on an issue with my medication. It has been three days I am still waiting on their approval for a substitution of my medication. The pharmacy is stating they have not heard back and in the meantime I am in pain. I had to go back again today and leave another message. It has now been a week and I still don’t have my medicine.

As this was my first appointment with Dr. Dalton, I was somewhat apprehensive; however, I am happy to report that he, as well as his entire staff were very friendly, caring, and courteous! Dr. Dalton performed my examination, diagnosis and thoroughly explained the results; furthermore, he promptly provided my options for treatment. We discussed the pros and cons of treatment, we mutually agreed on a procedure and he promptly accomplished the procedure! I am so pleased with the results of my treatment!

Dr. Tisdall is a great dermatologist. While scheduling my initial appointment left me waiting at least 8 weeks to get in, the wait was well worth it to me. That being said, I had to schedule around the Thanksgiving / Christmas timeframe. When I arrived for both of my appointments I was in the back and talking with Dr. Tisdall within 10 minutes.
