Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI been going to Nathan for the past year or so and I’m never disappointed on his work. He is very professional and so nice! Salon is always clean and staff is always so nice and helpful . It’s hard to come across good service this time around. But I am always greeted with a smile as soon as I walk in the door. I have shared a few photos of my sets all art work on them have been done by Nathan and I love them so much! Needless to say I will keep on coming back to him to get my nails done or any other service from this salon. I been going to Nathan for the past year or so and I’m never disappointed on his work. He is very professional and so nice! Salon is always clean and staff is always so nice and helpful . It’s hard to come across good service this time around. But I am always greeted with a smile as soon as I walk in the door. Positive: Professionalism, QualityKen did an amazing job on my toe polish! I wanted Christmas themed colors and snowflakes. I brought stickers but he suggested he paint them on so it would last longer. He did a terrific job!!! Very professional and knew how to make my nails look the very best!!!!Service: Pedicure

I get regular manicures pretty often and recently the places I have been going have really done a subpar job. I heard Ambiance was really great so I thought I would give it a try and I definitely was not disappointed. The facility was clean, they got me in right at my appointment time, there was no push to upgrade my service, my technician was kind and did a fabulous job! I went to Ambiance Anderson yesterday for a regular manicure before heading back to school and they did a fantastic job! I get regular manicures pretty often and recently the places I have been going have really done a subpar job. I heard Ambiance was really great so I thought I would give it a try and I definitely was not disappointed. The facility was clean, they got me in right at my appointment time, there was no push to upgrade my service, my technician was kind and did a fabulous job! I will definitely be returning and telling my friends about them as well!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI rarely leave reviews but I’m so disappointed with my nails. I usually go to Hyde Park and decided to go to Anderson since I recently moved. I asked for dip nails with a simple design on 4 fingers. The nail technician seemed annoyed and was arguing with another nail tech about the black gel polish for my design. She finished and I left, two hours later the 4 nails with the design completely peeled and flaked. I came back up to the salon to see if it could be fixed, another tech “fixed” my nails and they were done so sloppy and the lines were uneven. The nail tech that did my nails originally came over and spoke to the tech doing my nails and didn’t even acknowledge me. I was so disappointed with the whole experience.
