When I showed up for my scheduled appointment for my fifth session on time and the date as discussed, nobody was there. I waited in the building for about thirty minutes and sent a text. It has been over two weeks now and I still haven’t been contacted by Ross. Very disappointed in the situation at this point and have asked for a refund due to the poor customer service at this point. I bought a package with six sessions at the cost of $1,798. I have only used four sessions, so I have two sessions remaining.
