I will never use StyleSeat to solicit any vendor services ever again. I selected a time slot via StyleSeat for a 7pm appointment at the VIP Hair Replacement Center. I’m handicapped and recently went through severe surgery that subsequently removed my jaw bone and teeth reconstructing a new bone which was removed from my leg… It took me 2 hours to get ready for this appointment! I arrived at my appointment at 648pm and observed another Stylist inform Ashley of her appointment. Ashley crossed my presence a total of 3 times without any acknowledgement or greeting… 38 minutes later.. I limped back to her work area to simply ask her to cancel my appointment. She stated that she sent me an email OUTSIDE of the StyleSeat app to inform me 7pm was too late in addition to her not knowing I was waiting for her. Let’s start by acknowledging that Ashley is the author of her own schedule so if that’s entirely too late- then why provide that as an option in the app. This was the worst treatment ever received and I’ll never use StyleSeat nor this establishment ever again.. this was the lowest yet poorest treatment ever received
