I’m a runner with really tight hips and sometimes my lower back spasms a bit after a run. TJ came up with a plan for me after my first visit with him; he was thorough on everything we would be doing and about how many sessions it would take. He’s really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Honestly, it didn’t take him long to get rid of my issues and now I go there just for maintenance to keep everything in line. Highly recommended.
