Was near by and decided to give this place a try as my regular nail tech is out of the country. By far the worst nail job I’ve ever had. The shaping is off, I asked the nail tech a few times to fix a couple of things 1. Being the acrylic did not reach the end of the corners were off so I didn’t want the paint job to have a dip. He ignored me. He was rushing. He seemed upset and trying to push another product on me after I politely said no multiple times. The shaping is completely off coffin shouldn’t be rounded at the end. I walked out of there with some bubbles on my nails, nails aren’t smooth, lumpy, paint on my actual finger. Looks like a beginner. Disappointment for the money spent here. Please read reviews and don’t take the chance. It isn’t worth it.

Decided to give this place a try due to moving in the neighborhood and despite the horrible reviews I wanted to give the place a chance . when I can come home I noticed the nail polish has scratch marks/ chips and I paid for gel polish, this shouldn’t happened. Besides the fact I got a spa pedicure which was amazing they changed my technician and gave me someone name Tom. During the whole procedure to get my cnd gel full set he was rushing all the time. I had to stop him Several times to see if the shape was the one I wanted and you can see in his face that he was getting mad and then it got to a point that when the jealous put on my nails and he was about to put the polish I still had just in my nails and when I told him no I have to go while she’s like no no no no how is it possible that I’m telling a nail technician how to do their job literally the nail polish looks like a five-year-old just painted my nails it was not worth the $176.30 paid for it specially if the total was 146 and I gave $30 as a tip absolutely never again am I coming to this place again

I got my nails done here today for my birthday next week Saturday and when I can come home I noticed the nail polish has scratch marks/ chips and I paid for gel polish, this shouldn’t happened. I paid $114 for acrylic gel nail set and spa deluxe gel pedicure and for what I got it wasn’t worth the amount. The nail technician was kinda rushing too and so there are a few mistakes besides the chipped polish. I’m very disappointed I usually have good experiences here. I hope other people have better experiences than what I got. Although everyone was very kind and respectful. I just wish my polish wouldn’t have chipped since my birthday is only a week away and can’t get them redone. 🙁 these pictures are NOT worth $114

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had!!! After messing up the nail shape no one accepted their fault and was trying to make it seem like I didn’t know what I wanted. She didn’t listen to anything I asked for. I asked for a clear base coat and she used pink, the technique and paint job was so sloppy and my nails were uneven. When I asked her to fix it she told me “ I do not have time”. If you don’t have time for your customers then who are you there for !?!?! A week before my sister came to get a pedi and left with cuts on her toes. I will never come here again …for the price you’d think they have decent service. There’s a reason why their ratings is so low BEWARE!!

First time in my life getting a manicure without soaking my fingertips. Shortage on water, maybe? After I complained I was told that I had the opportunity to wash my hands. Cuticles came home with me. The compartment to insert my hands to dry my nails was dirty and sticky.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible!Horrible!Horrible!I tend to give businesses fair reviews of the services rendered and a second chance after making mistakes from years ago but this business seems to repeat itself with its lack of customer service practices and quality of work.They charge you for their mistakes.DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY SERVICES. All they care about is money and not the customer.I came here to get a simple gel manicure. On 12/7/2021 at 2:30pm, wasn’t even busy.I highly discourage anyone that considers coming here for convenience or because they work in the mall. Just wait until you have the time to go to your regular nail salon or use press on nails in the meanwhile. I swear to you it will save you time, aggregation and money.First off their color palettes Are not consistent throughout the salon.Second I came here on my lunch break which was more than enough time for them to complete the task at hand.Third When I brought the dilemma up to the nail tech (Rachel) she too realized that the color did not match the number on the pallet. Since she already polished one hand she got an attitude when asked to properly take off the color. She wanted to proceed by painting over the wrong color with the right one. I said No to fully remove it and paint on only the color requested and she began using the Dremel harshly on my nail beds causing a burning sensation.Fourth, I did not proceed with a gel manicure because of the attitude involved and the attempt to hurt me to correct something that was not my fault. I recorded Rachel when she was talking in her language to her coworkers and when I got it translated (to put it in nicer and shorter terms) she was complaining about me being difficult, when in fact I wasn’t. The issue today arose from what the nail salon provided as choices and not matching the actual polish color. Not because I at random wanted to change my color.Fifth I was charged $10 for a cuticle cutting job, whatever the heck that’s suppose to mean. When I only received an incorrect gel manicure. Why would a business charge a customer for their mistake after waking the customers time is beyond me.Sixth when I went back after my work shift was over and asked for them to takeoff the polish they had the audacity to tell me they were going to charge me to takeoff the nail polish color that I never wanted. I usually come here to get my daughter’s nails done This time I decided to get a pedicure. The place is well maintained and clean. A little pricey as between myself and both daughter’s my bill was 165.00 including tips But a father will do anything for his princesses ♂️

I just left they tried to charge me over 100$ all of my nails have air bubbles she filed the sides off my nail off or just didn’t do them on every nail and I told her I didn’t like it she kept telling me she was going to fix it and then she didn’t fix it I told her I didn’t like it they said to pay first then they would fix one but all of my nails are going in different directions. I asked them to take it off they kept telling me to pay so when I tried to leave the guy blocked me and my daughter and told me I can’t leave with my nails because they look nice so I asked to take it off again and he made me cut my nails off myself she took pictures of my nails to show but she took it from an angle that you don’t see all the stuff I kept telling her about and then they kept telling me to show everyone in the nail salon now I have to go somewhere else pay to have it removed and done over will never come back here you can’t even get a good picture because of the sparkles and she took it upon herself to had her own design and put a snowflake that I didn’t ask for waisted my time

I go here when I’m in a hurry and just need my nails done… I usually leave here like “whatever I just needed them done” but truthfully I’ve never been fully satisfied. Maybe I just haven’t found the right person in the salon. But they are usually stingy with their gel. For whatever reason If you don’t tell them to cover your entire nail with gel they don’t. I don’t know why I should have to request a complete job. But like I said when I just need to get them done I go here because they are open late. Otherwise this is NOT my go to place. They charge full price but don’t do a full job.
