Nice atmosphere, good receptionist and even the wine man was nice. However, I wasn’t that pleased with my service. I received a pedicure by Natalie. She took her time and it was nice. She can use more practice with polishing. I also received a full set by Mary. It took her 20 minutes top. She rushed doing my nails. My nail shape is cricket, the pictures don’t do any justice. While filing my nails, her drill was burning me but she didn’t cut it down, I was even cut in the mix of this. Besides, I have acrylic under my nails and she didn’t place them on my sides thick enough. You can also see that I don’t have enough polish on the side of my nails and I have polish on my fingers. I would be needing a fill-in in about a week.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had full set nail extensions (natural colour with french tips) a few days ago for $50. The artist was friendly but did not put much effort on the actual work, he was in hurry which reflected in the end result. The nails were unevenly done. Some are very thick and some are thin. The inner/back part of the some fingernails were not drilled properly, now the dirt and foods stuck very easily and it is hard to clean them underneath those thick part. I do not mind the french art was not even on all the nails. I had full set nail extensions (natural colour with french tips) a few days ago for $50. The artist was friendly but did not put much effort on the actual work, he was in hurry which reflected in the end result. The nails were unevenly done. Some are very thick and some are thin. The inner/back part of the some fingernails were not drilled properly, now the dirt and foods stuck very easily and it is hard to clean them underneath those thick part. I do not mind the french art was not even on all the nails. But this thickness and underdone extension is really cleaning me.

I got my toes done by almost everyone in here and EVERYONE did a great job they took their time . I didn’t have to make any corrections I love them . My nails I tried a few people hands down my favorite is Merry so far I gave her a assignment and she understood it !!! She even shocked herself . I about love VNB!! I have been coming since 03/21 after a year of living in Charlotte and I am so happy! I don’t go to anyone but Merry for my nails and Tammy for my feet. Impeccable service and the new location is amazing.com!! I love them and I most likely will be here as long as Tammy & Merry are lol.
