I absolutely LOVE Kay, she does an Amazing job on my nails!!! I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did my eyelash extensions, but she also did an awesome job! And Tony did great on my pedicure, all around amazing experience here, only my second time but I plan on making this my regular spot now. My “therapy” every 2 weeks or so!

WOW!!! Now that I got that out the way! I felt like I was in Las Vegas in Urbane Nails & Spa 2 …It was so lovely and very accommodating. when I 1st walked in Tony greeted me and my daughter with a smile and great customer service. But what really made my day, was when Khristie was in there working! I haven’t seen her in a very long time. I always love the way she’s to does my nails and my pedicures. Had my nails done on Thursday. Came back Monday for two that chipped off. Came back again Tuesday for two more. Wanted them to remove them all but they wanted to charge me $10. However they would fix the ones that were broken for free. This is their fix none of my nails match and some are crooked!! Super awesome customer service!

A waste of $55. The girl that did my pedicure and polish did not even try to do a good job, she also didnt know how to ring me out or add in the information they ask you at the end she had to have like 5 other women help her ring me out. One of my toes lost all the polish in one day. I called and wanted a refund and she only offered for me to come in today and fix it. I live $50 minutes away, why would I come all the way in just to fix one nail and you are only giving me a day? The massage wasnt good either. She made me bleed on 3 different toes because she impatiently drilled off my old polish. The whole experience was a waste.

I recently got a dip manicure, advertised to last 2+ weeks. The entire dip product started popping off as an entire nail <1 week from getting them applied. I called and was told the best they could do is offer 20% off my next service. I pay extra for a product that will last longer than regular polish, and this was not what happened. I have been a customer for years, and they just lost a faithful customer.
