Hello, I’m Lisa Spears, an independent Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), located inside Lystra Physical Therapy (PT). I have been a LMT since 2005. I specialize in stress relief and everyday muscle aches and pains. I offer a wide variety of massage techniques, such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal , Lymphatic Drainage and Trigger Point therapy, to help you get the most out of every session. Every individual is different therefore each session is different.
