We were able to book an appointment quickly, wait time was minimal and Dr. Johnson was great with my 7 year old. She gave us many options for treatment along with pros and cons to each. She ended up needing to have some lesions frozen off and even though it is a painful procedure, Dr. Johnson was quick, kind and patient. I will be booking my own annual exam with her next.

I don’t know how this place got such good reviews, maybe something changed. Is it staff shortage, friends of friends making fake reviews, or maybe I expect too much. They never follow up, they need to be called and often times they seem to have forgotten to submit a treatment that the Doctor recommended. They gave my insurance company the wrong diagnosis causing them to reject the approval for the medication I need now I need to submit an appeal for 90 days. The staff did not apologize for the mistake and seem to somehow take no responsibility for it. I canceled my appointment at another facility to go here because of the glowing reviews. I am now having buyers remorse. My condition is exacerbated by stress, this does not help. Dr. Naridze’s herself is great, everything you would want in a doctor, but her staff is very incompetent. I feel like no one wants to help me, and I feel like they are bothered by my questions. Their branch in Cedar park even admitted that the staff in George Town is not doing their job. These people (the staff) have no business in any professional setting much less something as critical as medical care. I am venting but everything I am writing is true.
