The waiting area was nice and the receptionists were pleasant. My visit with Dr. Rivers and her assistant also went well. Dr Rivers was nice and she seemed thorough. The only reason I could not give the practice a five star rating is because I sat in the waiting area for almost 45 minutes beyond the time my appointment was scheduled. For the record, I arrived 10 minutes early and had filled out my paperwork online. I realize that with doctors an afternoon appointment can sometimes mean they are behind schedule. Perhaps if the receptionists informed me that there was a delay that would have helped. My concern was needed to make it to another appointment I spaced out 2 hours after following my appointment. I’m sure my experience next time will be better.
