I’m very disappointed in the service I received here. It really upsets me because they’re in a good location but I just have to tell it like it is. My first disappointment: Booked appointment online. The prices online are not what they cost when you get your hair well at least extensions done, they’re minimum prices. Nowhere on the site does it tell you that, you find out by calling or arriving the day of. Second, You have to make sure you get in contact with the stylist instead of them calling you or else they may not even be aware of your appointment which goes against booking online, If you’re booking online that means you want to avoid the hassle of calling at all. Third, the first time I came the stylist was late. Second time she didn’t have the keys to get into the shop EVEN THOUGH I booked my appointment weeks in advanced she had plenty of time to plan, so we still had to wait before she could start on my hair. Minus every thing else the main reason I would never recommend coming here, when the stylist Alexis did my hair both times she stayed seated behind me the whole time so even when she was braiding the front of my hair she was behind me pulling back my head. You have to be VERY inconsiderate to not realize how much that crap will hurt your neck being yanked back in one position for 6 hours. Never again.
