Been going here since January 2021. I drive over an hour to get here because the quality in their service and customer service is by far much better than anywhere near me. They always strive to make sure my nails are done how I want them and everyone who works here is always happy to do whatever you want with your nails. I literally can’t justify going anywhere else.

I used to come here often, my nails always turned out wonderful! Recently I went and just got a short tip acrylic with gel overlay as I start a manual labor work soon. I’ve never been so displeased. Most were laid crooked, or just wasn’t shaped correctly, leaving looking lopsided. The next morning I woke up with one finger already lifting polish, I called and they fixed no questions asked! The next moring I wake up ( day 2 ) and on the other hand the polish is lifting again! I’m not usually the one to be upset with this as I understand people have off days and stressful days, I always give the benefit of the doubt, but 2 days in and haven’t worked yet and they’re already peeling and lifting is unacceptable. Only a few I recommend there as they are extremely friendly, do wonderful work and are eager to meet clients needs!

Critical: Quality, ValueI been a customer for about 3/4 months and I have stop leaving tips due to the outcome of my nails leaving the shop. I do physical labor full time and my cuticles looks like the pictures. I am just upset at the boss man making a comments on my fingers and cleaning up my cuticles. First time someone touch my cuticles. He use the drill and my cuticles still hurt two plus days later. My two of my nails on this set is uneven. I like the shop but I wish I get treated l better like I am worthy of my money, time and support! I see awesome work on others! I been a customer for about 3/4 months and I have stop leaving tips due to the outcome of my nails leaving the shop. I do physical labor full time and my cuticles looks like the pictures. Johnny did an awesome job on my nails!! I went in for a fill-in and got a lil more than I expected. He fixed my nails by thinning out the gel and reshaping to the coffin shape they was suppose to be from previous visit. He came up with the design concept and I love it… got lots of compliments too!! He was friendly, courteous and very polite… definitely will be going back!! Thanks Johnny for an awesome job and great conversation

I’m from PA visiting a friend in MD so I decided to try out Top Nails due to the great reviews. I loved the staff they we’re friendly and my pedicure was good…. I had also go a gel manicure ($30) and they looked fine in the shop lighting but when I stepped outside I was disappointed there was streaking and I’m pretty sure they will lift fairly soon due to the gel on my cuticles (added a photo of what my gel manicures ($23) usually look like

I was amazed at the promptness and professionalism of the staff. They encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone without being pushy, and my nails look amazing! Came In as a walk-in. Immediately got amazing customer service and sat down for a full set of acrylics. The person doing my nails was meticulous and created such beautiful nails. Would definitely recommend! Very happy with the end result! Acrylic nails

Not only was this the fastest I have ever had my nails done but the woman who did my nails (Holly) was so sweet. I felt very welcomed as soon as I came in and it is beautiful in the salon. I had a lot done to my nails and it only came out to $45. I am used to spending around 80 or $90 for the same service.. This is my new nail salon forever!

UPDATE +1⭐: Even though I chose a different salon to fix my pedicure, Top Nail assured me of a quality visit in the future. Again I really appreciate how attentive they are to each of their clients and I will most likely return.

I have gone here since I moved to the area almost a year ago. Every technician is great. I now see Claire every time, we just clicked better but all are great. They are the only nail spa I have been to that has a rewards program. Highly recommend.
