Hello and thank you for taking the time to find out more about my business. Time 4 You is owned and operated solely by myself. My name is Karen and I am both a Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Esthetician. Currently I offer massage services such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage and Therapeutic as well as Foot, Hand, Scalp and Face Treatments. Massage Therapist
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is considered the standard massage modality for relaxation and mild pain management. Light to medium pressure is used to increase circulation, release muscle tension promote an overall sense of well being. Great for relaxation or for those new to massage therapy.		From $75.00
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue is designed to target the deeper muscles of the body. Firm to heavy pressure is used to get to the muscles layers beneath the surface. Muscle stripping, trigger point and muscle manipulation are used to treat chronic issues. Certain restrictions apply for Deep Tissue therapies.		From $75.00
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage utilizes many techniques for the desired outcome of the session. Benefits include stress reduction, pain management, decreased muscle tension as well as helping with sleep problems. Recommended for anyone who isn’t contraindicated for massage therapy.		From $75.00
Hot Stone Massage
Designed to soften muscles and relax the body Hot Stones are used in conjunction with other massage techniques to increase the benefits of massage treatments. Can be used on the whole body or in specific areas where the client feels the most tension.		From $85.00
Cupping Treatment
Cupping is an alternative massage modality where cups are used on skin for a few minutes to create suction. It serves to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being. Considered a Deep Tissue Therapy that “lifts” vs “pushes” the muscles. May cause markings from the cups.		From $85.00
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
MLD is more for the skin than the muscles. Very light pressure is used to move lymph fluid through the body. I perform this treatment to be relaxing and reduce Lymph fluid retention. I do not perform incision drainage. For medical treatment of Lymphedema and Edema please seek a medical professional.		From $85.00
Ecofin Hand Treatment
This nourishing hand treatment is made with 100% natural plant-based emollients and pure essential oils, no dyes or harsh ingredients. Deeply hydrating and relaxing.		$20.00
Ecofin Foot Treatment
This nourishing foot treatment is made with 100% natural plant-based emollients and pure essential oils, no dyes or harsh ingredients. Feet are exfoliated, deeply hydrated and then finished with an extended foot massage.		$20.00
Scalp Treatment With Scalp Massage
The head is first wrapped for a few minutes with a heated towel to promote relaxation while a custom oil blend is used in conjunction with massage to, reduce muscle tension, stimulate nerve endings in the scalp and relieve headache. Oil can be omitted but is highly recommended.
Face Massage
This treatment is designed to increase blood flow, stimulate the lymphatic system, help with sinus pressure, or simply just promote relaxation and overall well being. Non comedogenic (pore clogging) oil is used for this treatment or can be omitted altogether.		$20.00
