My first session with Brittany went well. I was looking forward to following up for a combo package for my birthday; but, she stopped communicating with me reschedule it. I understand people have things going on in their lives. However, when you’re running a business it’s important to communicate so you don’t lose customers. I was looking to get procedures before a pageant. I even messaged her saying if she couldn’t honor the price quoted for my birthday package that was fine as long as I got an appointment. I’ll look into another place where staff is reliable and communicates.
