I’ve been to multiple dermatologist offices in Las Vegas and was not a fan until now. Lisa was great! It was a 2 month wait to make this appointment but when I got there it was super easy and quick. I didn’t have to wait long and I was taken care of. I went in for eczema and found out there’s a cream to really help. They gave me some samples and let me know what I can do at home to help my skin. I have a follow up appointment in 6 weeks and can’t wait to go back. I love efficient offices that take care of you as I try to do the same when I’m working at my dental office. Everyone is super nice. Definitely recommend! I wish I found this office earlier.

Jill is their new hair removal tech and I had such a great and improved experience. She is patient and caring. You can tell that her end goal is the same as your end goal. Even if I needed 20 sessions for 1 area, I would trust her professional opinion because she is caring and capable. Luckily 20 sessions is not the case, I was just exaggerating my point. Check in and out was fast and friendly. Both Dr Lisa and her assistant were friendly, attentive, and good at what they did. We appreciate the doctor talking through all the procedures so we understood what was going on and what to look for. Highly recommend.

Dr Michaels and his lead MA, Ricardo are as professional as they come. They were informative and compassionate. The girls up front though could use some kind of training on how to be the front representative of the clinic. They were not engaging or friendly. Barely could get them to say hi or anything.
