My first time visiting this business….my daughter recommended them and I will definitely be coming back. Excellent service from start to finish….professional and welcoming atmosphere….. Had a very relaxing pedicure and foot massage…,I almost fell asleep. Ashley took care of me today and I will be coming back to see her for all future appointments!!!! The time she took with my manicure and pedicure to ensure it was perfect is was far beyond my expectations. I love how quiet and inviting the atmosphere is at Zen…..their name is a perfect description of the services they provide!

Honestly the vibe was amazing. It was inviting and everyone was so friendly. As you can see my nails turned out super cute which is a bonus! Jack is the guy who does extremely nice acrylic/gel manicures. I don’t trust anyone else but him! He has such a talent and fixed a horrible nail job for me before I left for vacation. I actually got proposed to that trip so I was really happy that I had went back to him to redo my nails. He is super nice and has ideas to bounce off. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he was able to execute it better than the picture!

This was my first time at this salon and honestly I’m disappointed. The lady who did my nails added way too much polish, the shape and length is not what I requested. When I tried to tell her I wanted it shorter and thinner she had an attitude. She rushed the entire time and was not friendly even though I was being kind and diplomatic with her. I am not coming back again. Literally does not look natural and it looks like I am wearing press on nails. Do not recommend unless you want a refill from Carol don’t come here. Overpriced for bad quality work
