Kristie, there just isn’t enough to say about her… She made time to fit me in to work with my schedule which is huge when you are living a hectic life. I brought to her a pound of hair that had been uncared for in the course of 2 years. She was so considerate to what I hoped to have and actively listened to my preferences once I got to share what I wanted she brought her wealth of knowledge to the table and truly provided the best for me with realistic expectations. She worked so swiftly, carefully, and the attention to detail was absolutely on point. By the time I was finished the cape removed I looked like an entirely new woman and my feelings of confidence in my appearance had been restored. Had a great experience with Jessica, it was my first time doing a lash lift and tint. She talked me through the whole experience so I understood the process. It takes a little bit of time, about 45min to an hour. I didn’t come prepared as it was a last minute appointment so it probably took a little longer than it should have. Jessica had a very gentle hand, I felt completely comfortable with her. I have to say, what took me so long? My lashes look longer and are noticeable without putting on any mascara. When I do use mascara it is much less effort than before and they look great.

Dee has definitely been my favorite technician from any Spa!!! She did such an amazing job with my nail appointment that I requested her for a facial as well. With no doubt in my mind she did a phenomenal job with my facial as well. Dee is very educated at her profession and I will absolutely continue my treatment with her. I’ve recommended her to several coworkers, family, and friends. Highly recommend making an appointment with her. She is also a pleasure to talk too!!! Keep it up Dee!!!

I got my first facial done today and the experience couldn’t have been better! Sarah, was my esthetician and she did such an amazing job! Come to find out it was her very first day working there! I never would have guessed! She was so kind and made me feel comfortable, she asked me my preferences on each product, and would tell me what she was using and what it was for before she applied it. We laughed a lot during the session relating to early 20’s things I highly recommend asking for Sarah if you’re interested in coming! All the ladies there are so wonderful! You’ll never have a bad experience!

Mackenzie is so compassionate & talented! I am so impressed! My hair is thin and fragile by nature. She asked me what I had in mind before she started with my hair and I told her I needed to feel better …maybey to lighten and brighten. She did just that and a fabulous job. The texture of my hair even felt wonderful when I left which is important to me. I so appreciated her today not only did I leave feeling refreshed and 100% satisfied with her expertise in cut and color she is the first stylist I have had in 53 years that was additionally tuned into the fact that I needed the calm today. Mackenzie respected that which is also a large part of the salon/spa I choose aside from the artist/ stylist since this is the one thing I do for me. I look forward to my next appointment with her. As a hospice nurse of greater than 20 years, a mother and a grandmother I try to fill many cups … Mine was empty at arrival but she filled it today. Thank you Winchester and special thanks to Mackenzie for making making my day!

This is the most amazing salon I’ve ever been to. I have had facials before but never the experience I received with the Pumpkin Pie Peel facial. Jessica did an amazing job. My face has never felt so clean in my entire life and I feel so relaxed. The salon itself is elegant and picture worthy. Will Def be back!

The VIP limo treatment is incredible. Every single person on staff was kind, warm, accommodating, and very attentive to our needs. The salon is decorated beautifully. The relaxation room is glitzy and gorgeous. The facial I received was relaxing and rejuvenating. My pedicure looks great! We brought a group of five, and everyone could not stop raving about how wonderful the experience was. Would absolutely do it again. Thank you Winchester! You made my birthday perfect! We even received a little gift bags with samples of creams. I loved it.

This was my first time here and it was absolutely amazing! Kristie did such a great job, I got a simple shampoo blow dry and trim and Kristie was so great the whole time. I mentioned it was my birthday and They gave me a cute birthday bag which was so nice! Definitely give this place a try if you haven’t already… It turned out to be my favorite local salon!
