Welcome to The Serenity Space! We are a boutique Health & Wellness Spa located in Elk Grove, CA. Offering several healing modalities to support your physical and mental well-being. Our services include group classes in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound therapy (gong and crystal sound bath, etc). In addition, we are thrilled to offer private sessions of vibrational sound therapy on our new, and custom massage table. Immerse yourself in tranquil sounds and vibrations to heal at a cellular level. Our retail section includes crystals, herbal teas, supplements, essential oils, yoga attire, meditation gear, and various, local artist creations. We can’t wait to to welcome you in.

I have fallen in love! I have a VERY hard time shutting my brain down and am always on the go as a mom, wife and business owner. I went to Serenity Space today to do the meditation gong bath and was able to finally let go. They also have a cute area with jewelry, crystals, books and candles that make great presents. I can’t wait to go back and try the vibration table.
