I was blown away by the customer service. Kseniya moved her car out of a parking spot so I could park by the clinic. She greeted me with a smile, helped me get through the registration on her iPad and brought refreshments over. She made sure I was comfortable during the whole session I was getting Botox. It was my first time ever getting Botox and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I wish I received this kind of treatment by other places I went to in Salem. Nothing compares!
