From 2002-2013 she was in the education spectrum of massage by teaching Massage Therapy, Anatomy, Physiology, Nutrition, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Deep Tissue from. In 2013 Jaime went back to doing hands-on massage. Her style of massage holds the capability to serve a variety of clientele. Massage Therapist
Massage Therapy 30 minutes This is the perfect choice if you just need one or two areas worked on, such as feet and hands, or neck and shoulders. You will receive 30 minutes of hands on massage, after a few minutes of verbal consultation to determine which areas to focus on and what your goals for the session are.	$50.00
Massage Therapy 60 minutes We will discuss your goals for the massage session, whether its to decrease pain from stress or injuries, to increase range of motion or to just get a good massage and chill out. 60 minutes is enough time to relax, but if you are really stressed or need some detailed and deeper work, choose 90!	$80.00
Massage Therapy 75 minutes 60 minutes not quite enough? No problem, let’s do a 75 minute massage. As always we discuss your massage goals and I tailor my skills to what your body is needing depending on our discussion. More pressure, sure! Just enjoy a little extra work on the neck or hands? 75 minutes is for you!	$100.00
Massage Therapy 90 minutes Most popular! 90 minutes is the perfect time for the nervous system to settle down and rebalance itself, and for the deeper layers of your muscles to be accessed and “untangled”. Great for some deeper work in one or two areas, and a supportive circulatory massage for the rest of the session.	$120.00
Aromatouch Technique A clinical approach to applying essential oils and combining human touch to support the body’s responses of inflammation, immunity, stress and homeostasis. Essential oils are applied along the spine and feet, in a rhythmic and intentional way to support healing. Excellent for Oncology situations	$50.00
Reflexology Reflexology or a foot rub? Let’s discuss the difference. Reflexology sessions have a specific goal of balancing and enhancing wellbeing through the reflex points on the feet which correspond to the internal organs. Most people sleep well after this session and feel revitalized many days after.	From $50.00
