First, encountering desk staff either by phone or in person, is a wonderful experience. They are kind, professional, and make you genuinely feel welcome. They go out of their way to make sure you are scheduled at your convenience and work with you to find a time and date that works best for you. I encounter Cindy most often and she is outstanding in this arena. Lena does my eyebrows and they are fantastic. You can tell she has a wealth of experience with eyebrow threading, she is quick, thorough, gentle, and spends time making sure my eyebrows are perfect every time. These two women always make my experience at the Lash Lounge a positive one. The facility is clean, I am offered a beverage every time I am waiting, and the environment is welcoming and relaxing. I won’t go anywhere else!

AMAZING. I’ve been to this location twice and both visits have been awesome. From the front desk staff to the lash specialist. I had my appointment with Luigi, he is AWESOME. My lashes look so beautiful. He is great and makes you feel comfortable. As well, the front desk staff was AWESOME! Ariel and Desiree were so friendly and helpful. I recommend purchasing the membership! Can’t wait for my next appointment. Highly recommend lash lounge.
