I completely understand that everyone has things going on in their life they can’t control, but please do not call me the day before my appointment (no where close to 24 hour notice) and cancel my appointment. And you confessed you knew about this on MONDAY!!! As it was, I was assigned to a provider I was only going to be able to see one time because they are leaving the practice. What kind of circus are you running? Who wants to be passed around like that? Then your offer for a “soon” reschedule is weeks down the road when I have been waiting for weeks for this appointment. …or drive to Renton from Lynnwood when the original appointment is only one exit from my house? No thank you! I have never had such bad luck working with Swedish as I have from that ONE location. No matter the family member or reason. Hope I never have to go back there!!!
