Critical: Punctuality, QualityI purchased eyelash extensions from Groupon for Supreme eyelashes. I had to make an appointment which I did and 5 minutes before my appointment Bobbie from supreme lashes texted me to cancel she called me and said she was moving and did not know we had an appointment and that she could not do my lashes. We rescheduled for Saturday and she said she would get me the address to where she would be to do my lashes. I texted her the day before the new appointment and she said she would send me the address in a few. She never did. Then Saturday comes and she says she can’t do my lashes on Saturday but can on Sunday and it would be next door from where she moved from. I asked for a time and she never replied. I called her phone and mailbox is full and does not accept messages. She was paid already as Groupon paid her as my appointment was a week ago and she cancelled 5 minutes prior to the appointment and Groupon requires 24 hour notification to get a refund.
