Cheap prices, and CHEAPER results. Yes, they do have good prices for tanning, but you aren’t going to be satisfied at the end of the day. I walked in the first day, got an unlimited package and laid for 12 minutes. I tan regularly so I know how long I can lay without burning. Considering the fact that I was a new client, I was expecting the lady to introduce me to the salon, show me my bed, explain how the beds worked, and warn me of any precautions. I woke up the next morning and had the WORST, most uneven tan/burn of my life. There were two solid white parallel lines going from the back of my shoulders to my legs. I know enough about tanning to know that this was due to BAD bulbs and only changing out every other one. They insisted that it was the “support beams” but my lines did not match up the beams. I asked for a refund and they would not give me a refund. I hesitantly went back and tanned a few more times just so I didn’t waste my package. Every bed I laid in was really old, had spider webs in the corners of the hinges, and had green mildew from poor cleaning. I called in one day to ask when my package expired and she starts to look up my information then she tells me to hang on for like 5 minutes, then she asks “can i get your name and number so i can call you back later?” I just needed to know when it expires. Their workers are lazy. That is all. My advice when deciding to come here, DON’T!! GO TO EXPRESS TAN!!
