Su-Zen was fabulous, nice, and demonstrated patience. I had matted tangled hair. My hair was down to my ankles and matted up to my skull. She was such a gentle touch, working through my rats nest of tangled matted hair. Offered advice and a plan for the future. Even going above and beyond. I thought for sure it was going to need to be shaved but Su-Zen was able to save a lot of my hair. I have a tender head and she was a miracle worker. She did a fantastic job cutting my husband’s hair as well. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you so much for your time, patience, and skill. Much love
