So was charged $1200 for hair extensions and install which took 1 1/2 hrs which was $600 of the total price, so I contacted the salon (house of color) who were helpful and re-scheduled me with a great stylist, the problem was that I had a double weft attached to micro beads and three on one side and one on the other side had been pulled out leaving bald spots. The hair has also slipped down considerably all of which I have pictures of. This should’ve not have happened and there was apparently too much weight on those beads, hence why they were pulling my hair out at the roots. I know this because I sent pictures to the salon who confirmed that they were not installed correctly. This was the response from Lauren when informed. My apprehension to reuse her is obvious and for her to not accept any responsibility or offer to fix the situation forces me to advise future customers of this situation. Please make your own informed decision when considering her for your own precious hair. I would refer people to house of color directly. Btw – I have had hair extensions several times before and am well aware of how to maintain them and to insinuate that the issue is that is just incorrect.
