Critical: ProfessionalismEach time I visited this salon, all payments were sent to HairbyNodiaLLC (registered account on Zelle Pay) through Zelle Pay. At the last visit, I was told the HairbyNodiaLLC account was no longer active, but I had already sent the $100.00 fee to that account, which I still had to paid for services through her active account. I was told by Nodia (Hairstylist, Owner) to call my bank to get the payment back.I called my bank and opened a dispute. The results of the dispute stated that the payment, was completed, valid, and sent to the receiver! I sent the letter to Nodia and her response was “I was having trouble with that bank but I will take the letter to my old bank, but I can’t promise what outcome that will be”.From that statement along, she knew that I would not receive a dime back due to her “troubles” with the bank. A good honest person would’ve offer to take $100.00 off the next appointment (which I had already scheduled) or would’ve simply sent the money back. I even asked her for the name of the bank, so I could reach out to the institution myself to retrieve my money, that part of the text went unanswered. I highly doubt she made any attempt to contact her bank. Its obvious, that my money either went towards her existing debt (troubles) or transferred to an active account.
