I know my nails are super short, but they did a great job! They got me in and out… I signed in and about a minute later I was sitting and my nails were being started… took about 15-20 minutes from the moment I walked in to paying. They did a great job on my friends nails as well and she got acrylics with designs. They have created two returning costumers!

Positive: CleanlinessLexie Van did a great job and the nails look amazing.The only complaint I have is the appointment was at 2:45 and my daughter wasn’t seen until 3:25. I had to reschedule my appointments that followed the nail salon. 15 minutes late is acceptable, but not 40 minutes.

I came in for a simple fill and new gel color. After 45 minutes and nearly $60, I walked out with bumpy, bulbous nails, gel color all over the sides of my fingers, and nails so uneven in length and shape. I asked for them to be redone, and while the second girl did a much better job, I still had two crooked nails, acrylic piled under my nails, and polish so far away from my cuticle I already need a fill after 1 week.

I got my nails done nine days ago and already three of my acrylic nails have popped off. I had to get a different design for my nails and the nail tech was very rude and said no so that’s why I had to choose a different one. She was also very rude to my sister who was with me for her appointment. I spent a lot of money for us to get our nails done -300$ and I feel like these should have last longer. I will definitely not be going back.

I got a gel manicure and it was a fine experience, I’m just disappointed that the color I picked did not match the color that was out on my nails. I picked 120 and the bottle they put on my nails was labeled 120, but it is several shades pinker than I wanted. The application is a little patchy, which is also disappointing. However besides those complaints it was a standard nail salon experience. Nothing spectacular, nothing bad.
