My wife paid online for the membership and booked an appointment for a couples massage for $78. When we arrived they said we didn’t have a membership and had to pay, my wife showed her she paid and the woman argued because the “online system is different than hers”. Then they tell us it’s not $78, it’s $98 per person and I actually have to pay $108 because I’m not a member. So I paid $20 to get my own membership, thinking we’ll come back again. So the $98 per person “couples package” is for 60min in a private room, and 60min massage. We watched the couple before us leave the private room and no one ever went in and cleaned between customers, but the woman who escorted us into the room demanded a tip for cleaning, then told us to be done in 45 minutes even thoughwe were supposed to have 60. We get undressed and decided to go into the sauna first, it was cold. I said I guess well go into the hot tub while the sauna warms up. The Hot Tub was dirty, there were broken tiles in the hot tub, the floors were dirty, the doors on the cabinet were broken and falling off the hinges, when the sauna did warm up it smelt like mildew and mold. We ended up leaving the room after 30 because it was so dirty I didn’t want to stay in there longer.

Very nice place with great service. My wife and I got the couples combo package. Better to make a reservation. It came with 60 min private jacuzzi room and 90 min massage. Both were incredible and highly recommended. They do require a one time membership for around 20$ but you get a discount on prices and they are worth repeat visits so not worried about it. Tip well and they definitely take care of you. The wife and I both tipped 40$ each as we did have a long service.

You get what you pay for. Its a very inexpensive 90 minute massage. $48 but in order to get that price there is a $20 membership fee and a demanded tip of $20. So make sure you bring cash for the tip. So if you don’t need anything special go enjoy.

Most impersonal “massage” experience we’ve ever had… my boyfriend and I are locals and we’ve both been to multiple hotel/resort spas and decided to try this place as it’s a more local spot – terrible idea. As a few these reviews on here, they kept us waiting in the massage chairs for 20 minutes passed our reservation time. Watched this other couple walk through the lobby soak n wet in their robes (super awkward walking in front of everyone waiting, I’m sure) and then we’re brought back to the room they just left! The jacuzzi water was all cloudy and I refused to get in knowing that that’s the only couples room they have Re-rolled up towels, wet everything, doors still open, robes that we were supposed to use looked worn and were messy and hanging sideways in the closet..I’m glad I wore my slippers because I had to step on a few bugs in there! Then we called to tell them that our time was up – and she told us we would have to wait in the massage chairs for another 20 min – we opted to stay in the room away from the people in the lobby..when it was time for our massage we had to walk through the lobby in front of everyone too! I couldn’t help but laugh as people stared at us – so weird! Then the WORST PART – the massage.. I was basically just squeezed all over and had elbows pushed into my shoulders over and over and then hot towels literally tossed onto my body and compressed. My boyfriend kept getting slapped by his “masseuse” and we considered walking out when they left to get the hot stones. The $200 for the couple relaxation special was not worth even $50!!! If you’re inexperienced with receiving massage maybe you’ve left a better review – but if you expect quality, care and any type of real bodywork with your massage – stay away from here. It’s gross and outdated!

I’ll start with the one positive experience which was the massage. However, that was at the end of over 2 hours of waiting to get it. We made an appointment and were told when we got there that they did not guarantee the time only that we would get a massage. We were offered a “discounted” sauna and hot tub experience while we waited. Then we still waited another 45 minutes to even into the room with just a hot tub and no working shower. Needless to say what was supposed to be an hour and half ended up taking more than 3 hours. Also, we were asked leave a tip for the cleaning of the whirlpool and then again for a $15 tip for each masseuse. They followed us out even though we explained that we would leave a tip but needed to get some change. Would not go back.

I wasn’t aware that a certain amount of tip was mandatory. Regardless, the massage lady demanded $20 tip, and then followed by insulting me and making a comment about my body size and how she had to work harder. I loved this place prior to this incident. The lady I would usually get was super nice and was out on this particular day. They gave me this random lady that ended up body shaming me because of a tip misunderstanding.

I took my mom here today for a massage for her birthday. First off, I booked 2 60 minute massages online. We came in today and Angela tried to upsell me. When I told her repeatedly I didn’t want that, she charged me for that anyway and said it was a deal. During the massage, I told them no feet and they did it anyway. Then they demanded a tip and waited there at the desk until he got his tip money. Then I said use the extra amount that i was overcharged for the tip and they could not figure that out. Sadly, I will not be coming here or recommend anyone to come here anymore.

This place is not client friendly….my friend and I went in for a 90 minute session that was supposed to be a 60 min message and a 30 min reflexology session. We entered the doors of the spa at noon and didn’t get our message started until close to 12:30 by the time we got everything situated. We were both dressing to leave at 1:37pm…that is not 90 min. of service. Then we were shunned into a $25 dollar tip each in which they said they had it posted that that was the required tip amount for a 90min. session this was not stated before our message as we may have gone somewhere else…I love to tip well but I do not like being told what I have to tip. The total price for both of us was $202 with the tip. Now this is not a bad price if you get 90 minutes but we did not receive 90 min worth of service. I only gave 1star because the message itself was a good message but the rest of the experience was horrible

Not soothing at all. Paid $60 for a body and “foot massage”. The lady said it included the foot bath. I did not receive a foot bath. Only the massage. When I told the lady she didn’t even apologize for the lack of service and the massage man still demanded a tip.
