Our 8 year old son needed a professional haircut for some pictures, not just a quick cut in the backyard by his mom. He didn’t want to go to a little kids place, and didn’t want to be in a girly salon, Thankfully a quick Google search reminded me that there was a Sports Clips near Cafe Rio and we were nearby so we swung in. We got signed in and they said the wait time would be about 19 minutes, but I don’t think we waited even 10 minutes. All of the stylists were friendly and it smelled good in the salon, but not in a girly way. Sydnee was the stylist who helped us and she was great. She asked what we were looking for, asked plenty of questions to make sure we were on the same page and within 15-20 minutes my son went from looking like a sweet but scruffy little boy to a polished and handsome big kid. She talked to him like he was an adult and laughed at his 8 year old boy jokes and really made him feel comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Lacey is a great stylist. The mvp experience was awesome and I’d go back. Newer store, lots of stations, I imagine this gets really crowded at peak times. Like the games going on the wall and the hot towel on the face. Very relaxing. Recommend this place. Again, try to go during less busy times.

I took my teenage son here yesterday much to his chagrin! He did not want his hair cut. He said “They never listen to what I want!”. Well I made him go anyway. Let me tell you, he was so pleased with his haircut, and the gal that cut his hair! I will most definitely be back with my other son.
