They should have an extra person to attend to those who arrive without an appointment since they deny the service which is very good but in the end they don’t care and I think they lose money making you make an appointment on occasions of 3 hours or more of waiting

Sport Clips’s stylists are consistently the most skilled of any place that isn’t some sort of high-end salon. They are well trained, they are thoughtful and careful, they will adjust to your exact preference, and they’re also really fun. The MVP experience is super great, although I didn’t get that this time.

Got the MVP. Got a great haircut and good after cut service. The extra $6 is worth the shampoo, hot towel, and massage. Always check in first for faster service. You should tip at least 20% because they are working hard to provide good service

I think I’ve come 4-5 times and the first few were great but the last 2 have not been ideal… in January my haircut wasn’t bad it just wasn’t exactly what I’d asked for. Then today, I had worn a hat earlier in the day and the stylist didn’t wet my hair before cutting it, so it was laying weird and then she ended up cutting way too much off. I get worried about asking a stylist to fix something in a haircut more than 2-3 times because you don’t want them to cut too much hair off, and that’s how I felt today. My haircut was way too short and way too round. The blend on the sides isn’t even either. Pretty disappointed with how it turned out, I think this was my last visit to sports clips.

Sport clips has always easily been my first choice for haircuts. I am a lil bummed that I came to get a bald fade and when I asked if I could have the foil trimmer be used to fade it shorter I was told it would cost an additional $10 because of an owners choice, which at three other sport clips it has always been free. I ask for a foil trimmer solely on the fact I have alopecia and it being so low it can hide a lot of the spots that I have. The stylist was friendly though just the extra charges make no sense when no other locations has it that I have been too.
