Very cool place with lots of relaxation options. Full menu of body and face treatments as well as wet and dry saunas, salt rooms, stone rooms and others. All pool areas are clothing prohibited. Everyone is completely nude but it isn’t awkward at all.

Personal I won’t go back until the pool/spa hot tub open back up for everyone that wear cloths. They mislead me and my sister over phone. The only hot tub/spa open is for guess to be naked. Truly this is against my religious we just made the best of it and keep our cloths on and that was fun.

Went here with a friend, on a friday around 9, 10pm super clean, barely anyone was there, all saunas and cafe is co-ed, they do have 3 rooms in ladies locker room, one sauna, one TV room and wasn’t sure what the last room was for, i think it was for naps lol, in the ladies locker room they have showers, hot tubs, and lockers, big mirrors, and non of this is co-ed and on the ladies side, you may be full nude if you would like, hot tubs and saunas in ladies locker room is fully nude if you would like. They will give you locks for your locker and they will provide clothing that is mandatory for co-ed area.

I love this SPA more then any others in LA. Very clean, calm, relaxing and beautifully decorated. With a lot of different Saunas. Delicious food!

Quite and cozy- not like other sauna places with TV screens playing noisy or flashy ads everywhere. Dry sauna is hot. Salt room is well maintained and nice. Very clean. It’s also thoughtful that the steam room has tilted roof so the steaming water wont drop on people.

Wow. My friends and I have been to this spa twice and I now intend to become a weekly visitor. I can spend literally all day here in this deeply healing portal. Everything feels so clean. The staff are so friendly; special shoutout to Jenny and Sam who work in the kitchen….the food they help make is so tasty and nourishing <3

I’ve been here once. Overall it was good until like others have mentioned you start to see others enter with bathing suits or underwear. Also, it was more concerning that people had phones out. I can’t remember but there were no signs explaining Korean spa etiquette. I want to return but these issues I would like handled. It wasn’t crowded even at night. It did get rowdy in the spa at one point in the late night but died down thankfully. All the different rooms were awesome.

Me and my friend stayed overnight in Spa Palace. They charges $45 per each of us. This spa doesn’t provide basic slippers so they charges $9.00 for slippers. The good thing of it is it is quieter than in Wispa. The worst thing is that they don’t heat the floor in the sleeping hall so I caught my kidneys cold. Heated floors is very normal for a spa. The floor everywhere is cold. It was a bit dirty both in shower, hot tub and hair drying area even though there were very few people. I do not recommend this place for anybody.

I had previously given this establishment a five star rating because I liked the service provided and I brought it down to a three because I don’t believe in coincidences. I just found out that almost 2 months after I visited this establishment, someone used my debit card at an AM/PM ATM. What’s odd, ATM is still in my possession and this SPA requires payment only in form of cash/ debit. I find this highly coincidental when I never used the card and I doubt if it wasn’t for my bank calling and leaving me a message. I would love to get hold of the data of everyone who have used their debit card here to see if they have been hacked as I was or is it coincidence??? If you wish to visit this establishment, please monitor your debit card to see if someone mysteriously uses it later when your guard is down.
