Lovely spa! The staff here is absolutely wonderful, so kind and attentive! They make recommendations but don’t push. The free hot tub, sauna, and steam room with the purchase of any service is such a great addition to relax before and after their many services. Highly recommend the hot stone massage! The lockers are also a great size, you get half the size of a typical locker from high-school which is plenty of room for clothes and bags. The robes are a nice soft amd silky feel. Slippers are rubber since you wear them to the hot tub, sauna, and steam room.

I got the 50 min relaxation massage. Words cannot express how amazing it was. After the massage you have access to the sauna, stem room and jacuzzi for as long as you want. A very very relaxing day. Highly recommended! I left feeling like a new person.

Nice facility but lacking the “spa” feeling. No spa voices here. The massage was minimal and short. Employees could use some training in spa etiquette. Loud voices and slamming doors didn’t do it for me.

My massage therapist was Stacy, and she did a wonderful job!!! Easily the best massage I ever had. This was my third time at the spa, staff is always friendly. The facility is always clean. One of my favorite places!

Book ahead and don’t bother asking for any services at the spa when you are there. If you feel like being humiliated and talked down to go for it.I can be fair and say the technicians were great at there jobs. But a spa day is just access to a Jacuzzi and steam rooms. Sauna was broken.

Good rides, fun for kids but that’s where it ends. Disgusting food at water park. $24 pizza gave the heartburn for the whole family, and very unpleasant after taste. My suggestion is to bring your own healthy food and water to the park unless you want to poison yourself with over priced junk food. Changing rooms are nasty. Water is all over place with no place to drain, on average 1 inch of water on the floor in a Men’s room section. You have to wait 5-15 minutes to get hand size towels, they are constantly out of towels and there os only one place that distributes them. The stuff that manages that rafts on top of the rides are extremely slow and making lines move slower on purpose. Instead of sitting people when the red light is on and letting them slide at green they only start the process when the light is green which adds a minute for each rider.
